Eligibility for Return:
No returns are accepted, for damaged or defective products a replacement will be issued if approved.
If the replacement are approved We will initiate the replacement within 5 to 6 working days.
Replacement Requests:
Replacement requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the order.
If the replacement are approved We will initiate the replacement within 5 to 6 working days.

Inspection Process:
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the defect or damage. If approved, a replacement will be issued.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Customers are eligible only for replacements of defective or damaged products.
3. Shipping Costs
For Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a defective item.
For Replacements: We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.
4. Conditions for Return
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories (if any).
Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or replacement.
5. Custom Orders
Customized products are non-returnable and non-replaceable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
